- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the scope. We give a figure once we know what is needed, and it holds unless the scope changes. No costs appear halfway through.
- How long does it take?
- A branding site is usually weeks. A custom system is months. We give an estimate after the mapping stage, not before it.
- Do I need a specification first?
- No. Describe the problem in plain language. Turning that into a technical plan is part of our job.
- Who maintains it afterwards?
- We do, if you want us to. Servers, monitoring, backups and fixes can stay with us. If you have your own team, we hand the system over with full access.
- Can you work with our existing systems?
- Yes. Most automation work is connecting the systems already in use rather than replacing them.
